Viewing trips and after sales services

If you are buying a property on the Costa Blanca or Costa Calida then you need to visit the area. Reading reviews is no substitute for a personal look. At Spanish Dream Property we know that your time is precious so we promise that it won’t be wasted by visiting places and properties that do not match your criteria.

We recommend an initial visit of 4 or 5 days. This can include a tour to familiarise you with the different areas, towns and villages, which all have their own unique atmospheres. Before you go we will establish what are your priorities so properties are pre-selected. Your personal adviser in Spain will collect you from your accommodation and visit all properties with you. When you have found your Dream Property your adviser will take you through the necessary legal requirements and if needed accompany you to sort your NIE number, open a bank account and apply for a mortgage. They will also introduce you to an independent legal advisor. Your opinions are constantly sought so we can find the right property for you.

We believe it is important that you have time to reflect on and discuss the properties and areas you visit in private over lunch or dinner. In the past some large, and less scrupulous, companies have used pressure tactics by the domination of your time with their timetable in their own resorts or hotels. We do not believe such practices to be ethical. Buying a property is a big commitment and we believe you need to make your choice in your own time.

We can help find flights, accommodation and airport transfers/car hire. Self catering accommodation for just €35 per night or we can book you into a local hotel. Self catering accommodation will be arranged when possible at www.house-by-the-pool.com.

At all stages, from first enquiry to the handing over of your Dream Property keys we will be here to support you. But it doesn’t stop there. Our Spanish partners are also 'on hand' to help with all after sales services, from setting up your electricity payments to finding a decorator or gardener.
